- Description: This event is a scaled-down version of the traditional HYROX race, featuring the 8 HYROX workouts, but less running. Competitors will choose their run (200m, 400m or 600m options) based on their ability, with a goal to complete the workout within 65 minutes. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just curious about fitness racing, this event promises a dynamic and supportive environment, bringing the HYROX community together for a day of high-energy competition and fun. The race can be completed as an individual or in a pair.
