HYROX SIMULATION

Get a taste of HYROX. This full-course simulation lets you experience the intensity of race day in a controlled setting, giving you the chance to test your pacing, transitions, and strategy. Build your confidence for race-day success.

Event Highlights:

  1. Date: Saturday, November 8th & Sunday, November 9th
  2. Time: Waves start at 7:00 am on Saturday and 7:30 am on Sunday. Waves are determined by the number of participants and OTH staff. Your start time will be distributed on the Thursday prior to the simulation in the late evening.
  3. Location: OMODE Training House is located at 4093 Oceanside Blvd., Unit G, Oceanside, CA 92056
  4. Key Features: Every OTH simulation includes a full-course HYROX layout that mirrors the real race, complete with timed waves to ensure a smooth flow. The event is powered by the supportive energy of the OTH community, with coaches and ambassadors on hand to guide, encourage, and help every participant get the most out of their effort. It’s a full test run designed to build confidence, sharpen performance, and prepare you to perform your best when it counts.

Practicing with the same fuel you’ll use on race day helps you stay steady and prepared for every station, while limiting hydration to the ROX zone makes the simulation feel like the real thing.
